Prayer for peace during the night

Grant us O Lord during this night your heavenly peace.
And keep us from the traps of the enemy
with the power of your almighty Cross.
O Lord of my salvation, day and night I am praying to you.
Accept my prayers, and respond to my requests.
Live amongst us O Lord and protect us at all times.
Send upon us O Lord the power of your Holy Cross
so he may protect us at all times.
Make us worthy, O Lord,
So that we may pass this evening
in peace and without temptations.
Find us worthy to protect us during this night
so we may pass it without committing sins.
And glory be to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
Now and always and unto the ages of ages.
